Who we are
ABOUT KEMI — Founder of ONALII
My name is Kemi, and I am a speech-language pathologist, coach, and advocate who has spent years working closely with children and adults with complex communication needs. My work has allowed me to meet families at some of their most vulnerable moments — moments filled with uncertainty, overwhelm, hope, and deep love. Through these experiences, I discovered my purpose: to support caregivers and adults with special needs in a way that feels compassionate, practical, and deeply human.
Why I Created ONALII
I created ONALII because I saw a gap in the kind of support neurodivergent adults and caregivers were receiving. Too many of us — myself included — are expected to thrive in a fast-paced world built on rigid definitions of success. We’re told to “figure it out,” to discover our passions, make money from them, stay healthy, stay balanced, and somehow excel in every area at once.
And while navigating those pressures, many caregivers are doing the best they can with limited guidance, minimal emotional support, and no clear roadmap.
The truth is, both neurodivergent adults and caregivers deserve more:
more compassion, more understanding, more tools, more community, and more space to be human.
ONALII was born from that recognition.
It is my response to a world that often overlooks the emotional and practical needs of those who give the most and those who struggle silently. It is a place where support feels gentle, grounding, and genuinely aligned with real life — not unrealistic expectations.
