  • We partner with schools to design and strengthen autistic support programs that center communication access and student independence. By integrating AAC, evidence-based strategies, and collaborative systems, we help teams build programs where autistic learners are supported, understood, and empowered.

  • We support Caregivers in the special- needs community by providing a space where they feel seen, validated, and understood. We understand that. caregiving is a journey that requires resilience and emotional strength. ONALII coaches honor caregivers’ strengths while addressing their challenges and nurturing their confidence.

  • We work with adults with special needs to support their autonomy by providing them with resources and helping to create daily life systems to facilitate success. Through person-centered respectful approaches, we focus on building confidence, independence, and lifelong skills by honoring each individual’s strengths and identity. We believe that every adult deserves to be understood, empowered, and supported.

  • Our speech therapy supports children and adults in developing functional communication, confidence, and self-advocacy—meeting each person with respect for their development and needs.
